Paul Weiss

As the Vice President, Digital Solutions at Brillient Corporation, Mr. Weiss is responsible for accelerating customer success, enhancing employee engagement, and advancing solution innovation within our Digital Transformation line of business. Paul has more than 25 years of business operations and program management experience, which includes leading mission critical business solutions, high-profile citizen-facing programs, and leading business unit operations. Paul will focus on our Federal Civilian, Health, and National Security Divisions.

Prior to joining Brillient, Paul was a Vice President for CGI Federal, where he led complex System Integration programs including an Army-wide enterprise deployment and, at the forefront of healthcare reform, enhanced program delivery on numerous programs at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) as well as led critical initiatives for CGI’s federal health practice.  Paul also served in executive leadership roles at Futrend, Booz Allen, and Aquilent (acquired by Booz Allen). At Aquilent, Paul managed a Business Unit focused on Citizen Experience (CX) program in Civilian and Health including USPS.com. At Booz Allen, Paul was part of the Strategic Innovation Group (SIG) focused on the integration of Aquilent, digital strategy and growth, and program delivery for a portfolio of programs.

Paul studied Economics at Penn State’s Schreyer Honors College and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
