John Flores, Vice President, Software Sales and Business Operations
Mr. John C. Flores is the Vice President of Software Sales and Business Operations at Brillient, bringing more than 25 years of driving growth across technology and service organizations.
Before joining Brillient, John served as Director at Google Public Sector, where he scaled the partner-led delivery platform from $280M to $745M . He founded the GovTech ISV organization, launched the FedRAMP Incubator Program, and created the Expertise Badge Program to elevate partner delivery across AI/ML, data analytics, and security. He advises Capital G, Google’s venture capital fund, on go-to-market strategy and channel development.
Previously, John was Executive Vice President at Converge Technology Solutions, where he led a $220M equity financing round, directed the Texas P&L and drove $24.5M in private cloud revenue growth within a year.
Earlier senior executive roles at Pivot Technology Solutions and Sigma Solutions included restructuring a $500M business unit, increasing vendor rebates by $25M+ annually, and expanding services revenue by $60M+. He began his career at IBM, earning two Golden Circle Awards for top 1% global sales performance.
John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Mary’s University and has completed executive programs at Harvard University and Emory University School of Medicine. He has served on multiple advisory boards, is an active mentor and supporter of veteran career transition and leadership programs, and is based in San Antonio, Texas.
