Greg Cioffi, Vice President, Strategic Growth
As the Vice President for Strategic Growth at Brillient Corporation, Mr. Cioffi is responsible for leading and expanding Brillient’s Business Development and Capture teams, driving revenue attainment, and ensuring our offerings elevate citizen experience through comprehensive digital transformation. Greg’s focus is on refining and implementing growth processes while simultaneously building out Brillient’s business development and capture teams to ensure consistent and repeatable revenue realization. Greg has significant experience and success in optimizing growth and leading sales organizations within public sector and commercial markets. He maintains an expert understanding of the federal procurement lifecycle and is building upon Brillient’s significant history of year-over-year growth.
Prior to joining Brillient, Greg held leadership positions in companies ranging from small and emerging mid-tier to multi-billion-dollar systems integrators. Most recently, Greg held a dual-role at NTT DATA where he maintained individual sales responsibility for the company’s largest Federal Health and Civilian clients while simultaneously acting as FedHC Sales Leader managing a team of seasoned, senior-level sales executives. Greg has successfully supported federal clients since 2003. Prior to this, Greg was Vice President of Marketing and Creative Services for a full-service advertising agency focused on branding, multi-media production, 2D/3D design, and digital campaign development.
Greg is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in English. He lives with his wife and son in Purcellville, Virginia.
