Fadi Tarapolsi, Director, IT
Fadi Tarapolsi serves as Brillient’s Director of Information Technology. In this role, Fadi oversees and manages the support of the internal IT department, actively engages in our Quality ISO, CMMI and future CMMC compliance programs, and works to ensure our technology assets are protected across all of Brillient’s contracts.
With a “Buck stops here” attitude, Fadi comes to Brillient with over 25 years of IT experience, with a steady growth path from Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician to Director. He has a strong history of developing IT departments, ranging anywhere from a one-person team to a full 24×7 operation. Fadi believe in mentorships and believes that a team that helps each other grows. Before joining Brillient, Fadi was managing a team of System Administrators and System Engineers throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
