The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) awards Brillient the Program Management, Administrative and Clerical Services (PACS) contract, a five-year Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery (IDIQ) contract vehicle after a two phase competition involving a large number of firms. Brillient’s personnel will be supporting the Office of Justice Programs with executing their mission assisting law enforcement organizations across the nation.
