In this role, Mary is responsible for leading a large technical, professional, and executive Talent Acquisition team that serves our clients in the federal government space. She directs talent operations, ensures contract deliverables, fosters partnerships with internal and external business partners, implements strategic initiatives and positions Brillient for long term growth.
Mary has over twenty years of corporate talent acquisition experience in domestic and international markets for technical government contracts. She has overseen large teams of professional and executive talent in the following government contract markets: Health & regulatory, federal, intelligence, defense (Army/Navy), SLED, and international development.
