Solutions engineers work with clients throughout the lifecycle of a project from inception, business process design / reengineering, technology / systems implementation, Agile delivery, DevSecOps and operations.
Employees who provide outsourced business process services to clients. Our Digital Enabled Business Services employees help agency clients in the execution of mission operations with a focus on speed, quality, fluctuations in work volumes and efficient operations. Brillient applies numerous Total Quality Management (TQM) techniques to deliver better than world class quality.
Employees who support the general operations of the business. These roles include Finance, Human Resources, Contracts, Business Development, Marketing and Communications, Office Management, IT, and Administration. Biz Ops employees are the backbone of the company and are the foundation upon which Brillient is built and functions.
