Reston, VA | October 3, 2024 – On Friday, September 27th, our fabulous local Talent Acquisition team joined the festivities at the Annual Oktoberfest in Lee’s Summit, MO, where Brillient proudly sponsored the German Entertainment for the weekend! Our mission? To spread the word about our amazing job opportunities at the National Benefits Center and National Records Center. With over 100,000 community members joining the fun, it was the perfect chance to showcase our employer brand and attract top-notch talent!
Oktoberfest was a blast, featuring free live music on three stages, local crafts, mouthwatering German food and drinks, and even a carnival for kids (and the young at heart!). Our team rolled up their sleeves and volunteered in the lively German Biergarten, connecting with community members, the local Chamber of Commerce, and fellow employers.
