Tammy McChain

Tammy McChain serves as Brillient’s Chief Delivery Officer. In this role, Tammy is coordinating with the program leaders, ensuring delivery excellence and more importantly, organic contract growth. She is creating and implementing a coherent delivery strategy, ensuring delivery excellence and operational efficiency that is in alignment with Brillient’s overall strategic goals. Ms. McChain is championing a culture of client satisfaction, reflecting our unwavering commitment to deliver exceptional value by helping our clients achieve their mission through innovation. 

Tammy is a high-performing leader with over three decades of experience and in-depth knowledge of delivering and managing complex IT programs in the Federal Civilian, Health, and Defense IT markets. She is an accomplished executive and strategic technologist who can rapidly achieve business objectives by developing successful teams, service offerings, and solutions. Tammy is highly skilled in driving strategy, growth, delivery excellence, account performance, and building trusted client relationships.

Prior to joining Brillient, Tammy was the Senior Vice President of Federal Health and Civilian at NTT DATA. Previously, she was the Public Sector Chief Operating Officer at NTT DATA which included oversight of Federal, State and Local, Education, and International business. In addition, she has held management and executive positions at BAE Systems, Department of Defense, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Tammy holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. She is a graduate of the American Council for Technology and the Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC) Partners Program.  Tammy also received the 2020 G2Xchange Leading for Impact, Women in Leadership award.
