In this role, Steve will develop and execute human resource strategies in support of our business plan, with a specific focus on succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation.
Steve joins Brillient with 22+ years in senior leadership roles across a diverse range of businesses cultivating talent and culture. He is a strategic visionary and tactical expert in building/leading high-performing teams, creating operational efficiencies, process design and optimization, and global HRMS SaaS implementations to ultimately deliver cost-effective Human Capital solutions that help organizations grow at pace, and successfully develop and retain employees to help achieve revenue goals.
