Steven "Steve" Dugan, Senior Director, Talent Management & Human Resources
Steven “Steve” Dugan serves as Brillient’s Senior Director, Talent Management and Human Resources. Steve is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategies in support of our business plan, with a specific focus on succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. Additionally, he is providing strategic leadership by articulating human resource needs and plans to the executive management/leadership teams and broader organization.
Prior to joining Brillient, Steve served in a variety of leadership roles up to Vice President, leading teams both domestically and internationally. In those roles, he developed strategies and tactics across various HR functions across multiple lines of businesses and industries. He has also help lead various merger and acquisitions initiatives. Mr. Dugan has a proven history of successfully designing and implementing efficient human capital solutions through a “people first” approach, supported by creating process excellence, and technology optimization. All of his strategies have helped his past organizations grow at pace, while successfully developing and retaining their employees to achieve short- and longer-term objectives, KPI’s, and revenue goals.
Steve holds a Bachelor’s degree from Hofstra University and graduated with honors.
