Brillient Corporation (Brillient), a fast-growing provider of technology, business solutions and mission support services to the federal government, has commenced performance on a prime contract with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to provide National Records Center (NRC) and File Storage Facility (FSF) Records Operations Support Services (ROSS). The contract has a one-year base period with four one-year option periods and is valued at approximately $163 million, inclusive of the options.
Brillient’s partner for this effort is Summit Technical Solutions, LLC (STS), a Veteran and Woman-Owned Small Business headquartered in Colorado Springs, CO, delivering exceptional ROSS past performance experience with extensive Federal sector records and data management capabilities.
Under the contract, Brillient will provide records management services at the USCIS NRC located in Lee’s Summit, Missouri including an additional extension site, and the USCIS FSF located in Harrisonburg, Virginia. The primary contract services include but are not limited to; records distribution management, file operations, and scanning/digitization of files and documents. The objective of these services is to provide comprehensive records management services for over 54 million immigration files in a secure and safeguarded manner that ensures efficient, effective and accountable records responsibilities combined with exemplary customer service.
