Kristin Carretta, Director, Talent Acquisition
Ms. Carretta is responsible for developing a successful talent acquisition strategy and executing full-cycle recruiting services for attracting a qualified and diverse workforce. She has more than 15 years of experience in a wide range of recruitment and talent management functions and has a solid understanding of the issues that drive profitability.
Prior to joining Brillient, Ms. Carretta served as a senior level recruiter with Primescape Solutions for five years, focused on recruiting highly-specialized candidates, analyzing employee satisfaction and ensuring compliance with company and client recruitment practices. While at Primescape, she was responsible for the full spectrum of recruiting efforts (e.g., sourcing and screening), maintaining tracking systems (e.g., ADP), and participated in Human Capital special projects. She began her recruiting career with Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, LLP, a large corporate law firm based in the southeast. During her 14-years at Womble Carlyle, she held numerous positions supporting the development and implementation of various Human Resources initiatives, including Professional Development, Recruitment, Integration and Retention, Leadership and Diversity.
Kristin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Mary Washington College (now University of Mary Washington). Her hobbies include volunteer activities with the Boy Scouts and various public school activities (e.g., PTO, Events and Hospitality).
