The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) needed assistance managing and securing more than 54 million immigration files. This also included the careful processing of millions of file action requests received each year. Brillient was selected as the prime contractor to provide Records Operations Support Services (ROSS) at USCIS’ National Records Center (NRC) in Lee’s Summit, MO and File Storage Facility (FSF) in Harrisonburg, VA.
